Whether you're from out of town or out of state, it can be difficult to locate the services you may need as a new homeowner, especially in a rural setting such as ours.  To that end, we have compiled a directory of vendors and services that have valid credentials and have  previously performed work in our community.  

This directory is free for all members' use. These vendors have no affiliation with Lake Park, and you should use due diligence when entering into any contracts with said vendors. Vendors must furnish references  upon verbal/written request from the homeowner.

This vendor directory is a joint venture - if you have a recommendation, send the details! Conversely, if you have a complaint, we want to hear about that, too.
