Committed to Community Living

Centrally located between Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville, residents enjoy a quiet, vacation-like atmosphere. Park amenities include lakes for swimming and fishing, a beach, playground, sports field, pavilion, walking trails, and more.

The stocked lakes are home to bass, carp, and catfish as well as freshwater jellyfish (non-stinging) and endangered freshwater mussels. Wood ducks, Canadian geese, blue herons, golden and bald eagle, and various hawks are just a few of the birds that grace our lakes and call this home.

Founded in 1972, our Board of Directors' mission is to provide sustainable living amongst nature. We go that extra mile to keep our parks and public areas safe and beautiful at a reasonable price all year round.

Contact us today to find out how you can become a part of our thriving community.
